Without a manual, it's frustrating when you can't find info like torque specs. Here is what I was able to find for the VStrom 1000, 10Nm on the "clutch spring set" bolts. If your bike was mine, I would trust that figure to be accurate for the VStrom 250 as well. By example, the spec on my G310R clutch cover bolts is also 10Nm. These bolts are spring loaded even when the clutch is engaged; they aren't going to back out on their own. Don't overdo it.
